Council has the opportunity to select preferred personnel from our team. If at anytime our representative/s does not meet Council's core values they can request to make a personnel change at no cost to Council, we will present suitable applicants to ensure that Council has the preferred team for the position.

The essential functions are undertaken, as a sole provider or in co-operation with existing Council staff.

· ‘System Review’ - with consultation of existing staff, we review your systems, improve and add to them, ensuring that the Department has a streamline approach.

Council will only pay for the time spent working in the position and will not pay for training & conferences, public holidays, annual leave, sick leave, long service leave, thus receiving more time and value for money.
· ‘Reliability’ - Council will not need to be concerned with staffing arrangements and extended periods of leave. We provide reliable services each week and ensure that the position is always occupied throughout the year and the term of the agreement.
· ‘Skills’ - As we have access to a pool of qualified professionals, we ensure that the person selected has exceptional skills and is the correct person for the position.
· ‘Resources’ - In the event that Council has a further staff shortage, we can provide additional services as required. Council will not need to pay thousands of dollars in advertising to attract new employees.

· ‘Payroll Headaches’ - As we are the employer, we take care of all the needs of the employee. Council will not need to be concerned with payroll, annual leave, and personal leave headaches.
